New York Jets running back Bilal Powell was once again a big factor in a team win on Saturday against the Dallas Cowboys. Powell saw six carries for 25 yards and a touchdown. He was heavily used on passing downs, catching all seven of his targets for 54 yards. Chris Ivory once again led the team in carries, but was only able to generate 42 yards from his 14 touches. Ivory will likely continue as the team's RB1, but Powell has been the difference maker as of late.
Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 16: Bilal Powell continues to reward fantasy owners
Bilal Powell scored his third touchdown in as many weeks. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: This was Powell's third consecutive week with a touchdown. He's more of a fringe-RB2 option in standard scoring, but his usage in the passing game makes him a stronger asset in PPR leagues. He's averaging over 20 points through three weeks in leagues where one point is given per reception. Powell is owned in just 21 percent of Yahoo! leagues and will be a great PPR option against the New England Patriots in Week 16.
