New York Giants tight end Will Tye continued his quiet emergence in the team's offense in a loss to the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. Tye caught 5 of 8 targets for 43 yards and a touchdown. Through the past four games, Tye has managed either 70 receiving yards or a touchdown. He'll look to continue his solid production against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 16.
Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 16: Will Tye maintains high floor, low ownership
Will Tye continues to put up solid numbers. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: Tye has quietly become one of the more solid fantasy tight ends while being available in 90 percent (Yahoo!) of leagues. He may not offer a lot of upside, but he has a floor of seven fantasy points per game over the past four weeks. Labeling Tye a TE2 would be a conservative approach. He’s closer to a TE1 than any other TE2 out there. Fantasy owners that are simply looking to keep their team afloat during their championship would be wise to plug Tye into their lineup.
