LeSean McCoy injury update: RB ruled out for Bills, fantasy owners
The Buffalo Bills running back has been ruled out for Week 16. We break down the fantasy implications.
Fantasy impact: Running back Mike Gillislee will see some of the action as well but Williams is expected to get the lion's share. The fifth-round pick out of Florida State has been extremely promising in limited work this season. He tied an NFL record by scoring at least once in his first six consecutive games. In addition to his nose for the end zone, Williams is averaging a robust 6 YPC on 70 carries and has gone over 100 yards rushing twice. While he hasn't been given as much work with McCoy healthy, Williams has proven to be a more than capable backup. The Cowboys aren't likely to slow him down much either as their defense allows thee sixth-most fantasy points to opposing running backs. He's a high-end RB2 with plenty of upside and owners in need should give him serious consideration.
