Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kendall Wright (ribs) is listed as probable for the team's Week 16 matchup against the Houston Texans.
Kendall Wright injury update: WR for Titans, fantasy owners
The Tennessee Titans wide receiver is listed probable as for Week 16. We break down the fantasy implications.
Wright was a limited paricipant in practice on Wednesday before being upgraded to a full participant on Thursday and Friday. He’s fully expected to suit up on Sunday.
Fantasy impact: Wright will be back in the mix after a two-game absence, but he wasn’t winning fantasy owners any games before that. In his fourth season, Wright has only found the end zone three times this season and only once since Week 2.
He’s also finished every game in that same time span with less than 50 yards receiving. Simply put, there’s just not much that Wright will do for your owners this season.
Coming back from his two-week hiatus, he’s not worthy of starting consideration in what is the fantasy championship for most owners. Owners looking for a boom-or-bust Flex play can certainly do better on the waiver wire.
