New York Jets running back Bilal Powell didn't lead the team in touches on Sunday, but he once again outperformed Chris Ivory in a crucial win over the New England Patriots. Powell carried the ball seven times for 56 yards and caught five passes for 34 yards. His 12 touches resulted in 90 yards from scrimmage. Meanwhile, Ivory's 15 touches resulted in 42 total yards. Sunday's game was the second in a row where Powell accomplished more than Ivory with fewer opportunities.
Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 17: Bilal Powell leads Jets backfield, still widely available on waiver wires
Bilal Powell continues to outperform Chris Ivory. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: While Powell's three-game touchdown streak came to an end on Sunday, it's clear that he's the better option for fantasy owners down the stretch. Powell is criminally under-owned with just 29 percent ownership in Yahoo! leagues. Powell's floor has been extremely appealing as of late. If he can find the end zone in Week 17, he could be the difference maker on many rosters. The Jets will need Powell's help for a critical match up against the Buffalo Bills in Week 17. Powell is one of the best flex options likely available on waivers. He'll be more of an RB2 in PPR leagues.
