Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel will not start on Sunday due to a concussion, according to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain-Dealer.
Johnny Manziel ruled out for Sunday, Austin Davis can remain on fantasy waivers
The Browns will start Austin Davis for the second time in the 2015 season. We break down the fantasy implications.

Austin Davis will get the start in Manziel's place, getting his second start of the season. Against a stout Bengals defense, the Browns managed just three points with Davis at the helm, and will face another capable defense in the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Fantasy impact: The Browns have little to play for in Week 17, but the Steelers have everything to play for. A win and a Jets loss would place them in the playoffs, and they are a team in desperation after dropping an important Week 16 game against the Baltimore Ravens. It is difficult to envision a scenario where Davis leads the Browns offense to the point of fantasy relevance on Sunday, and owners with Gary Barnidge and Duke Johnson need to take notice.
Davis is not on the fantasy radar for Sunday’s slate of games and can be left on waivers in leagues of all formats.
