Buffalo Bills running back Karlos Williams is not practicing Friday, according to ESPN's Mike Rodak.
Karlos Williams sits third straight practice, LeSean McCoy’s fantasy value rising
The Bills could be shorthanded in their backfield when taking on the Houston Texans on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Williams suffered a shoulder injury during Week 12's loss to the Kansas City Chiefs and has not practiced since. There doesn't appear to be any chance of the Bills' backfield weapon taking the field on Sunday against the Houston Texans, leaving Boobie Dixon as LeSean McCoy's primary backup. Williams' status will be reassessed in preparation for Week 14's matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Fantasy impact: Williams’ standalone fantasy value has come in the form of touchdowns, something he has been able to accomplish frequently even in a timeshare with McCoy. However, since the rookie will likely be sidelined on Sunday, the Bills could be set to give McCoy all the carries he can handle against a resurgent Texans defense.
McCoy remains in the RB1 conversation, and his floor can be considered higher on Sunday than it would be in a week where Williams is a factor. Fantasy owners don’t have any reason to have Williams penned into their lineups for Week 13.
