If you’re in the daily fantasy sports (DFS) game, you need as many tools as possible to help set your lineup. Sure, there are some things you’ll disagree with, but not acknowledging stats or information is usually a mistake. FanDuel has acquired numberFire to help on some projections for NFL players for each week to give you another tool to help.
FanDuel daily fantasy projections, Week 13: Tight ends
There won’t be Rob Gronkowski this week, so there is a new guy at the top of the fantasy projections.

Here are the fantasy projections for Week 13:
Top tier
It’s a weird feeling to not see Rob Gronkowski in play this week. He’s been the top projected TE every week, but this time it’s Greg Olsen, who should shred the New Orleans Saints. He is going to be used a lot this week and it may cap his upside in GPPs.
Bargains
Jordan Reed looks to be healthy, so he’s not a bad option at just $5,900. He makes a lot of sense as a tournament guy with likely a lot of people going after Olsen. Delanie Walker could be a guy to use against the Jacksonville Jaguars, but the Jaguars have actually been great against tight ends this season.
Elite players with subpar matchups
Tyler Eifert isn’t healthy right now, so he’s not going to be a reliable play against the Cleveland Browns. That’s too bad because he thrashed the Browns earlier this year with three scores.
