Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Floyd (hamstring) is active for the team's Week 13 matchup against the St. Louis Rams. Floyd was limited in practice throughout the week. He was expected to play barring some sort of setback in pregame warmups.
Michael Floyd injury update: WR active for Cardinals, fantasy owners
The Arizona Cardinals wide receiver is active for Week 13. We break down the fantasy implications.
Fantasy impact: Last week marked the first time that Floyd let down his fantasy owners in a month, finishing the afternoon with only one catch for 14 yards. In the prior four weeks, he was averaging 4.75 receptions for 82 yards and hauled in five total touchdowns. The first-round pick battled a litany of injuries in the beginning of the season but has been fairly productive when healthy. Despite his active status, it will be tough for owners to be too optimistic about his chances this week. He’ll be going up against a stingy Rams secondary that allows the third-fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. Floyd is a low-end WR3 for Week 13.
