Emmanuel Sanders injury update: WR probable for Broncos, fantasy owners
The Denver Broncos wide receiver is listed as probable for Week 13. We break down the fantasy implications.
Fantasy impact: The big question going into last week’s game was how would Sanders play with a new quarterback in Brock Osweiller. Sanders answered quite convincingly, finishing with six receptions for 113 yards. Most encouragingly was that he was targeted nine times, a healthy sign that Osweiller will continue to try to get the ball to one of his best play-makers. With Osweiller likely to remain under center for the rest of the season, Sanders should continue to see plenty of looks. He’ll have to deal with a tougher matchup this week in the Chargers. Their defense allows the seventh-fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. Now healthy and with an upgrade at quarterback, owners should start Sanders as a high-end WR2.
