New York Giants tight end Will Tye is emerging as a go-to option for quarterback Eli Manning.
Will Tye shaping up as a steady TE, available on nearly every waiver wire
Will Tye is starting to look like a consistent weapon for the New York Giants. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Over the past two weeks, Tye has nine receptions for 144 yards. Tye is filling in for injured tight end Larry Donnell (neck) and appears to be more involved in the Giants' offense than Donnell has been this season. Over the past two weeks, Tye has been the team's second-most targeted player behind wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. The rookie tight end has yet to find the end zone, but his usage suggests he'll remain a consistent target for Manning down the stretch.
Fantasy impact: Tye’s numbers aren’t indicating he has a ton of upside, but his floor is appealing for fantasy owners struggling at the TE position. He’s owned in just two percent of Yahoo! leagues as of Monday. He’s a TE2 in standard scoring leagues, but he has a lot of upside in PPR formats. He’s worth picking up in deeper leagues.
