Houston Texans head Bill O'Brien still isn't ready to name a return timetable for running back Arian Foster. Speaking to the media after Monday's practice, O'Brien simply said, "I don't have any update. He's in here rehabbing."
Arian Foster has no timetable to make fantasy return
The Texans still aren’t sure when Arian Foster will be able to return. We break down the fantasy implications.

Foster suffered a severe groin injury that required surgery early in training camp. He was initially expected to miss the first half of the regular season, but more optimistic reports suggested he would only be out 4-6 weeks. Foster is entering his third week of rehab after getting the surgery on Aug. 7.
Fantasy impact: We probably won't have a clear idea of Foster's ETA until the end of preseason. He's still a strong candidate to open the season on injured reserve/designated to return, which would cost him the first eight weeks. Alfred Blue is penciled in as the current starter, with Chris Polk and Jonathan Grimes competing for touches. The Texans have one of the worst offenses in the league with Foster out, so none of the backups are worth more than a late-round RB3 flier. This is a situation best avoided in fantasy.
