Chicago Bears wide receiver Marquess Wilson was held out of practice Monday. Wilson picked up a hamstring injury in the Bears’ second preseason game and is considered day-to-day. The Bears don’t consider Wilson’s injury too serious, although he could end up sitting out this week’s third preseason contest.
Marquess Wilson’s fantasy value slipping with another injury
Marquess Wilson is missing more practice time after picking up a hamstring injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

A seventh-round pick out of Washington State in 2013, Wilson has struggled to stay on the field so far. Through two NFL seasons, he has just 19 catches for 153 yards and a touchdown in 17 games.
Fantasy impact: The Bears are talking up optimism with Wilson’s injury, but as we saw in the Kevin White situation, they’re not being totally forthcoming with injury news this year. Wilson has physical tools to succeed in the NFL, but his injury history is already lengthy. His roster spot isn’t in jeopardy, but we don’t expect him to make a fantasy impact even with White sidelined indefinitely. Alshon Jeffery and Eddie Royal are locked in as the starting receivers, with Martellus Bennett and Matt Forte also expected to get plenty of targets.
