After being cleared for contact on Aug. 24, St. Louis Rams wide receiver Brian Quick will play in the team's preseason dress rehearsal on Saturday against the Indianapolis Colts.
Brian Quick making preseason debut Saturday, possible late-round steal for fantasy owners
The St. Louis Rams receiver takes the next step in recovering from a devastating injury suffered in the 2014 season. We break down the fantasy implications.

Quick continues to recover from tearing three of his four rotator cuffs, a career-threatening injury suffered in October of 2014. But now, it appears that the Rams are ready to let their leading receiver through seven games last season return to action.
Fantasy Spin: Quick scored three touchdowns in seven games and averaged a modest 53 yards each outing in 2014, but upside remains amid an offense with the more capable Nick Foles now at the helm. Fantasy owners could do much worse than draft a potential team-leading receiver in the 11th round, which is where Quick's average draft position remains.
It’s also fair to assume that the Rams will bring their receiver along slowly after enduring such a brutal injury. Even if he is drafted as a WR4, Quick is a candidate to stash until owners can warrant starting him after a breakout game.
