The Panthers are a team that can ill-afford to lose any more wide receiver depth, especially if Funchess is the one they lose. The big-bodied receiver has been pegged as the primary replacement for Kelvin Benjamin, who the team lost earlier this summer due to an ACL injury. Funchess has 14 days to get healthy for the team's first game.
