The Atlanta Falcons have made a few under-the-radar changes this offseason. They have offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan calling the plays, they added Leonard Hankerson to add some depth to their receiving corps and their offensive line is a bit improved, as well. The Falcons had a horrendous line last year, so they really have nowhere to go but up in that regard.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 1: Matt Ryan
Matt Ryan gets a Monday night game to kick off his season. Should you start him in your fantasy league to get some late points in your Week 1 matchup?
All that stuff is nice, but it all starts with receiver Julio Jones. He battled some injuries last year and now he enters 2015 with his health and a massive contract. He should have no problem exploiting the Philadelphia Eagles secondary on Monday, which would obviously help quarterback Matt Ryan's output.
According to Pro Football Focus, Ryan was the fourth-most accurate passer last year despite not having much protection and somewhat inferior receivers outside of Jones and a banged-up Roddy White, who is also close to 100 percent.
Fantasy impact: Ryan is involved in what is expected to be the highest-scoring game of Week 1. He’s a terrific play and is almost a must-start to kick off your season.
