DeSean Jackson remains one of the premier deep threats in the NFL, but fantasy owners are growing cautious when it comes to drafting the speedy Washington wideout.
Fantasy football sleepers 2015: DeSean Jackson has plenty of yards left in him
Lost in the daily drama surrounding Washington is that they still have one of the best playmakers in the NFL lining up wide. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jacksonis a deep threat by nature, but that also means much of his value is tied to low-percentage routes. It makes Jackson a high-risk, high-reward play each week, even if his season-end totals place him among the NFL's leaders. Furthermore, the quarterback drama surrounding Washington's camp has owners bearish on Jackson's prospects, instead drafting players like Charles Johnson, Martavis Bryant and Nelson Agholor ahead of him.
Fantasy Spin: The concern about Jackson's quarterback situation is warranted, however. In three of new starter Kirk Cousins' six appearances in 2014, Jackson posted 100-yard outings and left early due to injury in another. Even with a mediocre signal-caller at the helm, there is still production to be had for Jackson in this offense.
The fact that Jackson can be had at the end of the sixth round of drafts puts him in a prime spot to outplay his average draft position. Fantasy owners, especially ones in standard formats, would have to love Jackson as a WR3 in the lineup.
