If you’re in the daily fantasy sports (DFS) game, you need as many tools as possible to help set your lineup. Sure, there are some things you’ll disagree with, but not acknowledging stats or information is usually a mistake. FanDuel had acquired NumberFire to help on some projections for NFL players for each week to give you another tool to help.
FanDuel Daily Fantasy projections, Week 2: Quarterbacks
Getting ready to make some money in FanDuel for Week 2? Check out NumberFire’s projections for quarterbacks with some fantasy analysis.

Here are the Week 2 quarterbacks:
Top tier
If you saw what Marcus Mariota did to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last week, it’s not hard to figure out why Drew Brees is projected to be the top scorer. After Brees, the heavy hitters of Aaron Rodgers and Andrew Luck come in just behind him. Luck will have a home game and won’t have to face New York Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie, but on the downside T.Y. Hilton isn’t healthy. Rodgers gets his first home game of the year against a tough Seattle Seahasks defense.
Bargains
If you’re really looking to save some money, Nick Foles for $6,500 could be your guy. Washington’s secondary is one of the worst in football and the good news is that the St. Louis Rams were able to stretch the field last week against the Seahawks. Of course, there’s a lot of risk here. To a lesser extent on a bargain, Sam Bradford at $7,500 should be in a shootout with the Dallas Cowboys, and could bounce-back from a mildly disappointing game against the Atlanta Falcons.
Elite players with sub-par matchups
Tom Brady looked outstanding in his first game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but he’s not likely to repeat his performance. He gets a rough matchup against the Buffalo Bills, who just shut down Luck in Week 1. Besides Brady, Philip Rivers and Ben Roethlisberger don’t look like great plays.
