Detroit Lions wide receiver Golden Tate is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the NFC North rival Minnesota Vikings. Tate has a quadriceps injury that kept him out of practice on Wednesday, though he did manage to practice in a limited fashion on Thursday and Friday.
Golden Tate injury update: Lions WR listed as probable for fantasy owners
Golden Tate is dealing with a quadriceps injury, but he’s still not a guy you want to leave on your bench.

The Lions declared one player out, one doubtful and two others questionable for the day, so there’s no messing with the injury report here: Tate will likely play and it’s unlikely he’s limited by the injury in any significant way.
Fantasy Spin: Tate has all the fantasy potential in the world with Matthew Stafford throwing him passes this season. Unfortunately, the Lions used him on punt returns in Week 1, and it was on a hard hit from Denzel Perryman that he sustained the quadriceps injury.
The Lions have defended the use of Tate on returns despite him being one of Stafford’s top targets. It’s unclear if he’ll be doing it on Sunday, but for now, Tate is still a player you shouldn’t be keeping on your benches by any stretch of the imagination.
