The Chicago Bears already faced unfavorable circumstances having to head to Seattle at 0-2 to face the Seahawks, but will have to do so shorthanded now.
Jay Cutler, Alshon Jeffery ruled out of Sunday’s game for Bears, fantasy owners
The Bears will be without their starting quarterback and top wide receiver on Sunday in a difficult matchup. We break down the fantasy implications.

Starting quarterback Jay Cutler and top wide receiver Alshon Jeffery have been ruled out due to hamstring injuries, the team announced on Friday. Backup Jimmy Clausen will instead be under center, and Eddie Royal and Marquess Wilson will line up wide in Jeffery's place.
Fantasy Spin: This is a fantasy situation to avoid for owners who have shares of the Bears offense. Matt Forte and Martellus Bennett figure to be peppered with targets, but it's not likely that much will be made of them vs. a ferocious Seahawks defense that is getting Kam Chancellor back into action. They will be highly volume-dependent, but the volume should still be there.
No defense is more favorable to start for Week 3 than the Seahawks, who have a home game, their starting safety back and now get to face a depleted offense. Aside from Bennett and Forte, no Bears should be in fantasy lineups of any format.
