Seattle Seahawks rookie Tyler Lockett once again sparked his team with a long touchdown, bringing his preseason total to three.
Tyler Lockett won’t stop making plays, deserves late-round fantasy consideration
Rookie wide receiver Tyler Lockett looks to be as advertised, and could be a steal in fantasy drafts this season. We break down the fantasy implications.

Lockett's latest highlight reel contribution came when Russell Wilson found him wide open on a fly pattern, which ended as a 63-yard touchdown. Lockett ends the preseason with six catches for 129 yards and a score, and has also added a 103-yard kickoff return touchdown and a 67-yard punt return touchdown to his résumé.
Fantasy Spin: It's easy for people to get excited about long touchdowns in the preseason, but as always, fantasy owners should exercise caution at this time of year. While Lockett's athleticism is undeniable, his contributions will primarily come into play on special teams. Seattle remains a run-first offense, and with Lockett cut from a similar cloth as boom-or-bust deep threats like DeSean Jackson and John Brown, he makes for an uncertain fantasy contributor for 2015.
That being said, Lockett warrants a late-round flier of drafts in all formats. The Seahawks already have a third-round investment in the speedy rookie, and he has more than stated his case for playing time going forward.
