Speaking on Monday, Carolina Panthers Head Coach Ron Rivera confirmed that Corey Brown and Ted Ginn will start at wide receiver.
Panthers’ Corey Brown and Ted Ginn will start at WR, fantasy owners collectively facepalm
The Panthers’ depth chart at wide receiver remains a barren one in wake of Kelvin Benjamin’s injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Rivera added that the rookie receiver Devin Funchess is pushing the two for playing time, although it wasn't indicated how the snaps will be divided. It appears that it will remain a committee approach at the wideout position to replace Kelvin Benjamin's production from 2014, as the Florida State product will miss the season due to a torn ACL.
Fantasy Spin: Greg Olsen and Jonathan Stewart fantasy owners can rejoice, but that's about it. Cam Newton will need to lean on his tight end and feature back early and often as the season progresses, given that the Panthers depth at receiver is as shallow as a puddle.
Olsen remains a strong TE1 in fantasy leagues across the board, while Newton remains a middling QB2 with upside. Brown and Ginn are nowhere on the fantasy radar, and Funchess has intriguing size that makes him worth a stash in 10 and 12-team leagues.
