Fantasy football projections, Week 6: Colts-Texans featuring Andrew Luck, T.Y. Hilton, DeAndre Hopkins, more
We break down the Week 6 matchup between the Indianapolis Colts and the Houston Texans.

Indianapolis Colts
It’s taken awhile for quarterback Andrew Luck to look like his old self this season, but it looks like he’s getting his game together. Despite being sacked 20 times already this year, he’s found his groove in the last two weeks. Against the Chicago Bears in Week 5, Luck threw for 322 yards and two touchdowns. Perhaps the more important part of his stat line is that Luck didn’t throw an interception for the first time in three weeks. The Texans are one of the best teams in the league at defending opposing quarterbacks, even with J.J. Watt sidelined. Still, Luck is making things happen, and he’ll be throwing at a high volume in Week 6.
His propensity for throwing the football down the field will continue to benefit teammate and wide receiver T.Y. Hilton. After being relatively quiet to start the season, Hilton’s numbers have popped with teammate Donte Moncrief sidelined thanks to injury. In the last three games combined, Hilton has totaled 25 catches, 387 yards, and three touchdowns. Those numbers are so astronomical they won’t last, but it’s good to see for Hilton’s fantasy owners. He should be in for another big game against the Texans.
Houston Texans
The Texans walked into Minnesota in Week 5 and got schooled by the Vikings. Quarterback Brock Osweiler was held to just 184 passing yards and one touchdown to go with an interception. He was simply outmatched by Minnesota’s superior defense. He won’t have to worry about superior defensive play against Indianapolis. The Colts rank near the bottom of the NFL against both the pass and the run. Osweiler is an intriguing bounce-back candidate in Week 6.
DeAndre Hopkins could use a big performance as well. He did catch five passes for 56 yards and a touchdown against Minnesota, but he’s not racking up receptions like he has over the last two years. Maybe part of that has to with rookie Will Fuller giving the Texans another option in the passing game. Some of it has to do with the Texans coaching staff needing to do a better job of getting Hopkins the football. Everyone knows the team is better when he’s busy. Perhaps a matchup against the mediocre secondary of the Colts will give Hopkins and his fantasy owners a nice boost.
