Chicago Bears head coach John Fox implied that quarterback Brian Hoyer will remain the starter regardless of the status of Jay Cutler’s health, according to Chris Emma of CBSChicago.com. Fox went on to say “anybody’s that performing well, I don’t think we’re going to be likely to change,” when he discussed the status of the starting QB role Monday. Hoyer took over for Jay Cutler in the Bears’ Week 2 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. The eighth-year veteran has played well since taking over the starting role, throwing for over 300 yards and two touchdowns in back-to-back games. Former starter Jay Cutler is considered week to week with a thumb injury.
Brian Hoyer will keep starting role for Bears, fantasy owners
The Chicago Bears will keep Brian Hoyer as their starter for the time being. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Hoyer is putting up some great numbers for fantasy owners. This week should be no exception. Considering the matchup, Hoyer is strong QB1 consideration this week.
