A playoff berth or run is impossible without a good set of running backs.
Fantasy football trade advice, Week 11: Buy-low, sell-high running back trade candidates
Which running backs have the best and worst trade value heading into Week 11 of the 2016 NFL season?

At this point, finding a steal at running back will be difficult — most of the top waiver pickups are already gone. However, owners looking for the up-and-coming rusher can still find a good deal. Also, some running backs are ripe for trading after a Week 10 when many players resurrected their fantasy season.
Here are the rushers to buy low and sell high for Week 11.
Buy Low
C.J. Prosise, Seattle Seahawks
Prosise stepped up big in place of Christine Michaels on Sunday night. He looks at all of the red-zone snaps and had the most rushing attempts and yards for the Seahawks in Week 10. Prosise finished the night with 153 yards on 17 rushes and seven catches.
It looks as though Prosise will be the starter in Seattle at least until Thomas Rawls returns. Even then, the rookie rusher is poised to still have a role as a catcher out of the the backfield. Prosise is a good waiver pickup with a growing role in a revived Seahawks offense.

Rob Kelley, Washington
Washington has officially given the starting rusher role to Kelley. The undrafted free agent had over 20 touches in each of the past two weeks, rushing for 184 yards total and a touchdown, locking in his job as Washington’s No. 1 rusher.
Kelley’s takeover has been impressive. Washington’s schedule the next couple of weeks makes the rookie even more attractive. Kelley is an easy add with some good streaming matchups down the stretch.

Sell High
Ryan Mathews, Philadelphia Eagles
Mathews took his fantasy value off life support on Sunday. The Eagles’ top back rushed for a season-high 139 yards and scored two touchdowns. His breakout Week 10 comes after a sparse 11 combined touches the two previous weeks.
Sunday was likely more of an anomaly for Mathews than the new norm. The Eagles are looking at some tough run defenses, and Mathews’s touches are not guaranteed by any means. Use this breakout performance to leverage a good deal now.

Jordan Howard, Chicago Bears
Howard is coming off a second straight 100-plus-yard rushing performance. While he was impressive in Week 8, his Week 10 performance was much more lopsided, with 89 of his 100 yards rushing coming in the first half.
There seems to be a pattern to the rookie’s play this season. Howard failed to rush for over 50 yards to start the season, then had back-to-back 100-plus-yard rushing games in Weeks 4 and 5 before dropping to sub-40-yard performances against average defenses Week 6 and 7.
If this trend continues, Howard is looking at a rough next two weeks. He certainly has tougher matchups and is now dealing with an injury. Use the past two games as leverage to sell Howard high while he has value left.
