You may notice a trend in the trade target quarterbacks this week: They are all from the NFC East. It is the best division in the NFL right now and at the QB position there is a lot of trade potential. With two rookies and two veterans leading the charge, who is worth picking up and dealing, and which backup QB should fantasy owners keep an eye on? Here are the quarterbacks to buy and sell for Week 12.
Fantasy football trade advice, Week 12: Buy-low, sell-high quarterback trade candidates
What quarterbacks have the best and worst trade values heading into Week 12 of the 2016 NFL season?

Buy Low
Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys
Romo is one bad Dak Prescott game away from once again being a starter. Prescott is hitting his rookie wall in stride, but the last few weeks he has been flawed early. So, there is a chance Romo could return to the field as a Cowboy. For now, he is the highest-paid bench player in the NFL.
Still, Romo is a easy waiver grab that owners can stash on their bench for a rainy day if anything should shake up the Cowboys quarterback situation. The fact he could run one of the best offenses in the league does not hurt either.

Carson Wentz, Philadelphia Eagles
Wentz was able to throw for 218 yards and 2 touchdowns against the Seahawks, although he did have a couple of interceptions. It was not the prettiest performance, but the rookie showed that he can handle himself against the toughest defense in the NFL.
Things get much easier for Wentz in Weeks 12 and 13. He is also starting to click with some of his veteran targets such as TE Zach Ertz. Owners with struggling QB should pick up Wentz. He is a low buy with streaming potential.

Sell High
Eli Manning, New York Giants
Manning impressed Sunday, not for throwing for 227 yards and two touchdowns per se, but because he did have a turnover. In fact this was Manning’s first interception free game since Week 7 and only his second game without a turnover all season.
Does this mean Manning is back to Super Bowl form? Highly doubtful, however it is a good selling point for a QB that has struggled this season. Looking ahead Manning may stay turnover free in Week 12, but with three division games still on the horizon it is unlikely his error-free ways are here to stay. Use his good week and the Manning name to trade him on a high note.

Kirk Cousins, Washington
Cousins has been playing lights out recently. Sunday he carved up the Packers for 375 yards and three touchdowns and he is averaging right around 350 yards and two touchdowns over the last four weeks. So why sell?
Well it is only a matter of time before Cousins fans back down to earth and it looks like that can start as early as next week. Washington is facing a tough division matchup and two of the top 10 passing defenses on the road next month. Owners can deal Cousins now for almost any player they could want, and would be wise to do so.
