It is a crucial time for fantasy owners with 4 weeks remaining before the playoffs get underway. Getting the right running backs is crucial for playoff hopefuls. A lot of rushers have been solid, but some are struggling to remain relevant and losing value weekly. So which rushers are earning their keep and which are barely keeping their value? Here are the running backs to buy and sell in Week 10.
Fantasy football trade advice, Week 10: Buy-low, sell-high running back trade candidates
What running backs have the best and worst trade value heading into Week 10 of the 2016 NFL season?

Buy Low
James Starks, Green Bay Packers
The Packers will be overjoyed to have Starks back. Starks has missed a month of action with a torn meniscus. In that span, Green Bay lost all of its other rushers to injury and had to use a combination of QB Aaron Rodgers and wide receivers to handle the rushing duties.
As the only healthy true running back on the roster, Starks will take all the rushing snaps. If he can show flashes of his 2015 season, where he rushed for more than 600 yards, Starks will be a waiver wire steal.

DuJuan Harris, San Francisco 49ers
Harris leaped two spots on the 49ers depth chart to claim the starting role in Carlos Hyde’s absence and made the most of the opportunity. In his first start, Harris had 10 carries and five receptions for 142 total yards and a touchdown. He clearly out-performed teammates Mike Davis and Shaun Draughn all game.
Harris’ has a short shelf life as the 49ers starter. San Francisco is anxious to get Carlos Hyde back. Even after Hyde returns, Harris should get a fair amount of work as the backup RB and pass-catcher out of the backfield.
Harris is a smart pickup that has the potential to pay off well for owners while Hyde’s status return remains unknown.

Sell High
Le’Veon Bell, Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers starter returned from suspension looking pretty good in Week 4, rushing for more than 100 yards, but has been pretty quiet since. More noticeably, Bell has been absent from the end zone this season with no touchdowns through six games.
It’s only a matter of time before Bell turns things around. The Steelers are not going to abandon the run anytime soon and are facing some softer defenses in the upcoming weeks. He has a lot of potential once he finds the end zone. Sell Bell’s potential for a quality return option.

Christine Michael, Seattle Seahawks
Michael has been held in check all year, rushing for less than 66 yards in every game except Week 3. However, he remains fantasy relevant as the Seahawks starter because he knows how to find the end zone. Michael has six rushing touchdowns and one touchdown reception so far this season.
His troubles are not entirely his fault. Seattle’s offense has really struggled in the first half of games in recent weeks, causing the Seahawks to rely on the pass to play catch-up in the second half.
Though Michael and the Seahawks are having a rough time, he still has value. Michael has scored in five games through nine weeks. Owners can also sell the fact that the Seahawks will continue to feed Michael out of he backfield and in goal line scenarios.
Best deal Michael while he has value to get anything in return.
