The key to a successful playoff push rests on the shoulders of having a strong quarterback. With so many other positions struggling, quarterback seems to be the only consistent position in the pack. Like every other role on the field, there are strong and weak players in the position.
Fantasy football trade advice, Week 10: Buy-low, sell-high quarterback trade candidates
What quarterbacks have the best and worst trade values heading into Week 10 of the 2016 NFL season?

Since we can’t all have Matt Ryan, which QBs do owners need to to have the best advantage? Here are the quarterbacks that are steals and the QBs to shop in Week 10.
Buy Low
Colin Kaepernick, San Francisco 49ers
It may be a stretch to say Kaepernick is back, but he certainly has the hot hand. In Week 9 the former Super Bowl starter threw for a 398 yards, more yards yards than his previous two starts combined, and scored two touchdowns. Since regaining his starting role Kaepernick, has thrown and rushed for over 200 total yards in each game and has at least one touchdown.
Now, it is important to note Kaepernick faced a soft New Orleans defense in Week 10. He will have some tougher matchups in Weeks 10 and 11, but then it is a fairly easy ride for the rest of the season. Grabbing Kaepernick, even just as a streaming option, is a wise move.

Jay Cutler, Chicago Bears
Who would have thought Jay Cutler would return to carve up one of the best defenses in the league in Week 10? The former Pro Bowler threw 31 passes for 252 yards and a touchdown in the win over Minnesota. This was Cutler’s first game since missing six weeks with a thumb injury.
If Cutler was able to put up those numbers against the Vikings defense, imagine what he will do to the defenses he will face over the next month. Matter of fact, Chicago has one of the easier schedules in the league to finish the season. Cutler will be a waiver steal should he continue show up like he did on Sunday.

Sell High
Matthew Stafford, Detroit Lions
Stafford is consistent and efficient. Good selling points. He is almost always good for 200-plus yards throwing and one touchdown per game with minimal turnovers.
Problem is, very little of that yardage is coming from the deep ball, and under pressure he tends to make mistakes. Week 13 withstanding, it is not looking like Stafford will have any breakout performances anytime soon. Owners can use his consistent play to sell to someone with a bad QB situation. Stafford should yield a fairly high-quality player in return.

Blake Bortles, Jacksonville Jaguars
Bortles is a bad QB that plays well in garbage time. His fourth quarter efforts keep him fantasy relevant as he continues to throw for 200 or more yards and at least one touchdown each week. He usually is good for a pick or two as well, though.
Week to week, owners could continue to ride his late surges for points, but it is only a matter of time before that strategy backfires. Considering that Jacksonville has Houston and Denver in the next month, that end could be sooner than later. Deal Bortles while he still has some value to work with.
