We are now entering Week 15 of the fantasy football season and the playoffs are in full swing. The waiver wire is mostly an afterthought at this point — owners should be focused on using their top starters to carry them to fantasy glory.
Fantasy football waiver wire: 4 tight ends to target for Week 15
Fantasy owners looking for TE help on the wire are essentially rolling the dice this week.

That said, the wire will still be a factor depending on your specific circumstances, so you should still keep an eye on it. Unfortunately, if you’re looking for help at tight end, it’s kind of a barren wasteland out there. Here are the top (read: least bad) options owned in less than 50 percent of Yahoo! standard leagues.
Ladarius Green, Pittsburgh Steelers (56 percent)
Cheating here, but Green is close enough to the threshold, and if he’s still available in your league he’s way better than the alternatives, even after last week’s dud. He’ll have a decent matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals this week.
C.J. Fiedorowicz, Houston Texans (37 percent)
Brock Osweiler’s safety blanket left Sunday’s game with a concussion, so his status will have to be monitored this week. If he’s cleared to play, he’ll offer his usual five-catch, 50-yard upside against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Hunter Henry, San Diego Chargers (18 percent)
Henry hasn’t had much to do with Antonio Gates healthy, but he has pulled down three touchdowns in his last four games. His upside is giving you a touchdown, but his downside is the rest of his stat line if he doesn’t score (just two catches for 13 yards last week). That’s the risk you assume with Henry, at least until Gates eventually hangs up the cleats. Henry is a good stash for dynasty league owners preparing for next year.
Jermaine Gresham, Arizona Cardinals (4 percent)
Now we’re really scraping the bottom of the barrel. The Bruce Arians Cardinals famously haven’t utilized pass-catching tight ends in the past, but here comes Gresham out of nowhere, recording 15 catches and 132 yards in his last three games. Will it last? Probably not, but this is what we’re dealing with at tight end in 2016. Gresham is a dart throw if you’ve exhausted all other options. He does have a good matchup with the New Orleans Saints defense, though.
