Fantasy football projections, Week 15: Buccaneers-Cowboys featuring Mike Evans, Ezekiel Elliott, Dez Bryant, more
We break down the Week 15 matchup between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Dallas Cowboys.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Only four teams have given up more receiving yards this season and the Dallas Cowboys. That’s got to be music to the years of wide receiver Mike Evans. Evans is arguably a top three fantasy receiver but in the last two weeks he has just seven catches for 80 yards combined. The Buccaneers are on fire, having 15 straight games and if that streak is to continue in Dallas, Evans is going to need to be better. Expect him to rise above his projections. A big win by Tampa Bay would help the team step closer to locking up the NFC South division title. Evans should get back over the 100-yard mark on Sunday.
Running back Doug Martin on the other hand likely won’t get close that total. It’s obvious since injuring his hamstring early in the season that he’s just not the same player right now. Martin ran for just 66 yards despite receiving 23 carries last week against a porous New Orleans Saints run defense. The good news is he has a rushing touchdown in back to back games. Perhaps he’ll score for a third straight time against Dallas but that’s unlikely. The Cowboys rank in the top 10 at defending opposing fantasy rushers this season.
Dallas Cowboys
After being held under 100 yards rushing in three straight games, Ezekiel Elliott managed to rush for 107 yards against the New York Giants last week. He carried the offense by moving the chains, but late in the game with the Cowboys trailing, the team deviated away from the running game. Elliott should be involved right to the finish against Tampa Bay. He’s turned himself into an automatic fantasy starter and there’s no reason he won’t score a touchdown against the Buccaneers. Tampa Bay only ranks in the middle of the pack at defending opposing running backs. Elliott should be in top form in Week 15.
Fantasy owners of wide receiver Dez Bryant expect the same from No. 88. Unlike Elliott, Bryant and his fantasy owners could use a huge bounce back performance against Tampa Bay. That’s because he was held to just one catch for 10 yards despite being targeted nine times last week. To add insult to injury, Bryant was the target on both of Dak Prescott’s interceptions in the game. Tampa Bay held Drew Brees out of the end zone last week, but Prescott and Bryant will do better than that on Sunday night.
