The Week 2 matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and the Cleveland Browns features division rivals going head-to-head in what should be a low-scoring affair. We’ve got the fantasy projections courtesy of numberFire.

Baltimore Ravens

It looks as though wide receiver Mike Wallace is emerging as the number one option in Baltimore. Although veteran Steve Smith Sr. and young gun Breshad Perriman still figure to be in the mix, Wallace is the one receiver on the team who has experience, isn’t overcoming a major injury and also offers a consistent opportunity to move the chains down the field. Last week against the Buffalo Bills, Wallace caught just three passes but he managed to rack up 91 yards and a touchdown catch. He’s never been one for a high-volume of receptions but all it takes is one or two daggers down the field for him to amass his totals. The Cleveland Browns aren’t what they used to be defensively so Wallace should be in for a second straight solid stat line.

Cleveland Browns

With Robert Griffin III sidelined for what appears to be at least the next eight games thanks to a broken bone in his shoulder, veteran backup Josh McCown finds himself set to start in Week 2. That bodes well for tight end Gary Barnidge, who put up Pro Bowl type numbers last year with McCown dishing out the passes. Griffin seemed to completely ignore Barnidge last week, but with with receiver Josh Gordon still a few weeks away from reaching the conclusion of his suspension, look for Barnidge to rack up the receptions this Sunday against the Ravens.

Perhaps the occasional long bombs thrown in the direction of receiver Terrelle Pryor will help the Browns put points on the board. Pryor was the most targeted receiver on the Browns offense last week, converting seven opportunities into three catches for 68 yards. He’s looked good in his effort to convert from quarterback to wide receiver at the NFL level and will be a deep threat against the Ravens alongside rookie Corey Coleman. A second straight solid showing from Pryor could make him a hot waiver wire pickup in deeper leagues heading into Week 3.
