Garoppolo went down in Week 2 with an AC sprain to his right shoulder and suited up as the backup QB in Week 3. The third-year QB reportedly still has pain and does not have full mobility in his throwing shoulder, according to Patriots writer Michaels Giardi. Garoppolo is expected to suit up Sunday, though the Patriots have not indicated who will be the starting QB for their Week 4 matchup against the Buffalo Bills.
