Welcome to the Divisional playoff round of the Daily Fantasy season. Playoff DFS presents its own challenges with limited player pools and more defined roles for starters. That said, there are still plenty of value opportunities across all positions. This article looks at some of the projected lesser-owned plays at wide receiver who could provide huge boosts to your tournament lineups, as well as some trap plays to avoid.
Top daily fantasy football wide receiver plays for Divisional playoff weekend
With Divisional playoff weekend upon us, we take a look at some of the best wide receiver values to be found on FanDuel and some players worth fading.

PLAY
Julian Edelman $7,000 (New England Patriots vs. Houston Texans)
The Patriots were holding Edelman back a bit down the stretch of the regular season and Saturday’s game is the reason. The Pats wanted to assure that Edelman would be healthy for the playoffs, as they expect him to play an enormous role with Rob Gronkowski out with injury. The sudden emergence of Michael Floyd should only help to prevent the Texans from overcommitting to stopping Edelman, and Tom Brady will be sure to exploit that. Edelman is a prime option if fading the top guns or looking for a solid WR2.
Tyreek Hill $6,600 (Kansas City Chiefs vs. Pittsburgh Steelers)
You have to believe the Chiefs are going to do all they can to get the ball into Hill’s hands and let his speed take over. Hill is arguably the top triple threat in the league right now when you include his special teams work. Like Edelman, he should see oodles of volume, just not exclusively as a pass catcher.
Randall Cobb $6,500 (Green Bay Packers at Dallas Cowboys)
We saw last week what the Packers offense looks like with Jordy Nelson off the field. While most DFSers will probably gravitate toward Devante Adams, Cobb sure looked like the player of old who can take over a game and score multiple touchdowns. I would go back here again at what should still be low ownership compared to Adams.
NAY
DeAndre Hopkins $7,100 (Texans at Patriots)
I know he’s been better lately, but there’s no way the Patriots are going to let him be a factor in this game. They throttled Hopkins back in Week 3, and I would expect a similar shutdown in what could easily be an ugly blowout.
