A quarter into the season, a lot of owners are making moves as the fantasy studs and duds are starting to reveal themselves. Whether you need to find a fill-in for Doug Baldwin or want to stash a player in hopes he will get hot later, now is the time to be on the lookout for the hidden gems still out there on waivers. Here are the best wide receiving options owners should go grab right now.
Fantasy football, Week 4: Best players available at wide receivers in waivers, free agency
Here are the waiver gems at wideout owners should pick up right now.

Sterling Shepard, New York Giants (54 percent)
The Giants faced the truth finally and gave up on their dying running game Sunday. The result, QB Eli Manning threw for 366 yards against division rivals Philadelphia Eagles. Odell Beckham Jr. and Brandon Marshall are the big receiving names, but slot receiver Sterling Shepard led the team in receiving yards in Week 3 with 133. He also grabbed one of Manning’s four touchdowns in the outing.
The Giants are desperate to get a win this week against Tampa Bay. The Buccaneers get veteran cornerback Brent Grimes back Sunday. They are soft in the middle, however, with two starting linebackers and a safety sidelined with injuries. Week 4 is shaping up nicely for Shepard to have another strong fantasy outing.
Robert Woods, Los Angeles Rams (8 percent)
With Sammy Watkins status up in the air, the next man up in the Rams receiving core is Robert Woods. In Week 3, Woods tuned up the San Francisco 49ers defense for 108 yards on six catches. Woods is flying under the radar in Los Angles, but he is leading all receivers in snaps through the first three weeks of the season. His production against the Dallas Cowboys will hinge of Watkins availability Sunday. Still, with so much time on the field, Woods is a smart pickup, especially in deep leagues.
Will Fuller, Houston Texans (22 percent)
The passing game is about to open up with the return of Fuller to the Texans lineup. The sophomore receiver went down with a broken collarbone over the summer. In his rookie season, Fuller showed great speed but struggled with drops.
Fuller may work in right away against the Tennessee Titans. The Titans have a high-scoring offense and the Texans are going to need to throw the ball to keep up. However, if Fuller does not have a great first outing give him some time. The Texans need more weapons for rookie QB DeShaun Watson and Fuller will eventually get there. Savvy owners that have room to stash Fuller should pick him up now.
