Detroit Lions receiver Golden Tate has been held under 50 yards receiving in three of the last four games. Week 6 might be his best chance to get out of the rut as he draws the New Orleans Saints.
Fantasy football Week 6: Golden Tate, start or sit?
The Lions’ top receiver has a juicy matchup ahead in Week 6. We break down the fantasy implications.

Tate has seen a healthy 24 targets in the last three weeks but has only produced 77 yards over that span.
Fantasy impact: Tate is his team’s top receiver, but he’s only had two big games so far this season. The Saints should give him an opportunity to have a third big effort. There’s no doubt he’ll be targeted on a regular basis. Expecting him to find the end zone this week is not at all a stretch.
Considering the number of targets he’s used to getting and the opponent he’s facing, there’s no harm in unleashing Tate in the starting lineup. He’ll continue to be a top performer in deep leagues. Start him if you got him.
Recommendation: Start
