The New York Giants have ruled out Sterling Shepard against the Denver Broncos in Week 6.
Sterling Shepard injury update: How to handle Giants WR vs. Broncos
The Giants are as depleted as any NFL team when it comes to wide receiver.

Shepard is battling an ankle injury that put him in a walking boot this week. Things have gone from bad to worse to flat-out awful for the Giants, especially with their wide receiver group.
Odell Beckham Jr., Brandon Marshall, and Dwayne Harris are already on injured reserve, which means Shepard is in for a major workload whenever he’s healthy. However, his ankle issue will keep him sidelined for at least one game after he injured it in a Week 5 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.
Fantasy impact: With Shepard out, the Giants will be relying heavily on wide receiver Roger Lewis and tight end Evan Engram to carry the passing game. Both players are viable fantasy starts this week, though Lewis is facing a Broncos secondary allowing the fewest fantasy points to wide receivers this season.
