After an ugly Week 6 performance, Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce is looking to bounce back against the Oakland Raiders Thursday night. Kelce did not have a catch until the third quarter of the Chiefs’ loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. He finished the game with four catches for 37 yards on seven targets. His longest grab in the matchup was a 23-yard catch late in the fourth quarter. This was Kelce’s second-worst game of the season after he had one catch for 1 yard in Week 3.
Fantasy football start/sit, Week 7: What to do with Travis Kelce for TNF
Kelce is looking for a comeback game against Oakland Thursday night. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

The Raiders have struggled against the top-tier tight ends in the league this season. Sunday, the Raiders allowed Los Angeles Chargers tight end, Hunter Henry, to collect 90 yards on five catches and they gave up one catch for 16 yards to veteran TE Antonio Gates. In weeks 1, 4 and 6, Oakland allowed opposing tight ends to be the leading receivers on their respective teams.
Fantasy impact: Kelce’s struggles reflected the Chiefs offense as a whole Sunday. They were just bad. Owners should not be too concerned, though. Kelce has a great chance to return to form against his division rival. Following every performance with five catches or fewer, Kelce went off for over 100 yards receiving the next week. No reason why he should not come close to doing that again Thursday night against the Raiders.
