The Indianapolis Colts are scuffling along at 2-4, but for the most part quarterback Jacoby Brissett has been a pleasant surprise. Acquired from the New England Patriots right before the season started, Brissett is having moments of brilliance while filling in for Andrew Luck, who remains out indefinitely.
Fantasy football 2017: Jacoby Brissett, start or sit?
Brissett will keep filling in for Andrew Luck this week. We break down the fantasy implications.

However, Brissett also has issues with consistency and downright bad play at times. He got off to a hot start against the Tennessee Titans last Monday night, but faded down the stretch as the Colts blew a 10-point lead and lost. Brissett finished his night with just 212 yards and a touchdown on 21-of-37 passing.
Fantasy impact: Brissett’s been doing just fine as a low-end QB2, and that will be his ceiling until Luck comes back. His running ability will keep him on the streaming radar, but he’s getting a hard matchup this week with the Jacksonville Jaguars, whose defense is giving up the fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks. Brissett is hard to recommend, and will soon be waiver wire fodder when Luck returns.
Recommendation: Sit
