New York Jets wide receiver Jermaine Kearse has at least four catches in four of his last five games. He’s garnered 26 catches for 299 yards and three scores on the season.
Fantasy football start/sit Week 7: What to do with Jermaine Kearse
The Jets’ top receiver seems to have adjusted to his new team. We break down the fantasy implications.

Will he be able to keep the ball rolling against the Miami Dolphins in Week 7?
Fantasy impact: The Dolphins rank 21st in the league against the pass. Kearse should be able to get open plenty of times Sunday. Given Kearse’s season high of 79 receiving yards came just last week, perhaps he’ll continue to increase his fantasy value as the season progresses.
Owners should hold their horses however. Kearse has never been a top fantasy option in his career. He’s more of a plug-and-play guy, even as a leader on the Jets.
That said, he does have a bit more upside in New York than he ever had in Seattle. A division rivalry tends to bring out the best in people, and Kearse could go off in Week 7. Start him in deeper leagues.
Recommendation: Start
