Ben Watson is one of the few receiving options available for the Baltimore Ravens Thursday night, and he is not playing at 100 percent. The Ravens host the Miami Dolphins on a short week in Week 8. They could possibly be missing Mike Wallace, Breshad Perriman, and Jeremy Maclin for the contest. The Miami defense is ranked 12th against the pass.
Fantasy football Week 8: Start or sit Ben Watson for TNF?
Watson will see a lot of targets with the Ravens’ receiving corps in peril, but his fantasy value remains low.

Watson had a perfect five catches on five targets in the Ravens’ Week 7 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, but he only netted 38 yards in the game. He led the team in receiving yards on the afternoon. Watson only has one game with more than 50 yards receiving this season and he has found the end zone just once so far this season.
Fantasy impact: Watson led the Ravens in receiving with 38 yards. Let that sink in for a second — the team’s best receiver could not reach 40 yards. The Ravens’ passing game is awful. Watson has not done much all season, and that trend will likely continue Thursday night against Miami. He has some PPR appeal with 35 targets and 29 receptions, but he does not offer owners much once he gets the ball.
