Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Stefon Diggs is ready to return to the lineup after missing the team’s last two games with a groin injury. He has 23 catches for 395 yards and four touchdowns in five games this season.
Fantasy football Week 8: Stefon Diggs, start or sit?
The Vikings’ top receiver is ready to play again. We break down the fantasy implications.

In Week 8, Diggs will face a Cleveland Browns defense that is allowing 221 yards per game through the air this year.
Fantasy impact: Although Cleveland is tough against passing games when it comes to yardage, the team has allowed 14 touchdowns via the air. That ranks them near the bottom of the league. For Diggs’ owners, it may make is fantasy stats somewhat touchdown dependent. That’s especially true if he gets off to a slow start trying to keep his injured groin muscle loose.
The good news is, Diggs has exceled regardless of who is at quarterback for Minnesota over the years. This season with mostly Case Keenum under center, Diggs is averaging seven targets a game.
Now that he’s on track to play, it’s safe to put Diggs in your starting lineup.
Recommendation: Start
