Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 5: Jay Ajayi

The Miami Dolphins were expected to be a run-heavy team in 2017 after Ryan Tannehill was lost for the season.

That was the case in Jay Ajayi’s first game this season, when he rushed for 122 yards on 28 carries in a 19-17 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. However, Ajayi has gotten just 23 carries for 62 yards over the last two games.

Part of that was due to Miami playing from behind for the majority of those games. That’s bad news for Ajayi, who isn’t much of a pass-catcher and has just five receptions this season.

Up next, Ajayi and the Dolphins will host the Tennessee Titans.
