The switch at quarterback is on for the Chicago Bears. Most believe that Mitchell Trubisky will be able to give a much-needed jolt to the Bears’ passing game, but that could leave running back Tarik Cohen in the cold. Cohen was a staple pass-catcher out of the backfield with Mike Glennon under center. He has at least 10 touches in every game so far this season. Cohen has 181 yards rushing on 30 carries and 150 yards and one receiving touchdown on 24 catches.
Fantasy football, Week 5: Start or sit Tarik Cohen
The Bears finally made the switch at QB, but what does that mean for Cohen’s touches? We look at the fantasy impact.

These changes to the Bears offense come in advance of facing a tough defense on Monday night. They host division the division rival Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings defense is ranked No. 4 against the run.
Fantasy impact: Cohen is a wild card this week now that the Bears are making the switch at QB. Based on preseason action, Trubisky is a much better deep ball passer than Glennon. Trubisky will not have to rely on underneath passes as much, and that can really hurt Cohen’s touches. Plus, Jordan Howard has solidified his role as the leading rusher, limiting Cohen’s carries. Add the Vikings defense to this mix and Cohen could be looking at a very quiet Week 5.
