The Dallas Cowboys will be without running back Ezekiel Elliott for the next six games, and they appear to have made a decision on their starting running back. Alfred Morris is expected to start this Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs, according to NFL Network reporter Jane Slater.
Alfred Morris to get starting job while Ezekiel Elliott is suspended, per report
The Dallas Cowboys have reportedly decided on Alfred Morris as their starter. We break down the fantasy implications.

In limited appearances, Morris has 13 carries for 105 yards and two receptions for nine yards. Morris’ backups will likely be Darren McFadden and Rod Smith. McFadden has been inactive all season, while Smith has 10 rushes for 69 yards and three receptions for 23 yards.
Fantasy implications: Morris becomes the guy to slot into your lineup from this group, but fantasy football owners keep expectations relatively low. Although McFadden has been inactive all season, he will likely see work in the passing game. That gives him some solid speculative value in PPR leagues. Smith is worth a look in the deepest of leagues, but that is about it.
