Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson suffered a torn ACL on Thursday, ending what was a special season for the rookie. Watson was setting records nearly every week, and was turning into a fantasy football stud, but unfortunately, his season came to a sudden end on a non-contact injury.
Fantasy implications of Deshaun Watson ACL injury
The Houston Texans quarterback suffered a devastating injury in the midst of a special rookie season.

Tom Savage will take over as starting quarterback, and the Houston Texans have signed Matt McGloin to serve as backup quarterback this Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts.
Fantasy implications: This injury impacts every Texans offensive player. Savage has limited value against a bad Colts team, but that is almost entirely in two-quarterback leagues. Wide receivers DeAndre Hopkins and Will Fuller were lighting up scoreboards, but you’ll need to downgrade them a little bit. They will still be productive, but we’ll have to wait and see how this offense looks in the return of Tom Savage. Lamar Miller also loses some value, but remains a fantasy starter in most leagues.
