The Atlanta Falcons have ruled out Devonta Freeman for their Week 12 matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Devonta Freeman injury update: How to handle Falcons RB vs. Buccaneers
Devonta Freeman has been a disappointment for the Falcons and fantasy owners this season.

Freeman is dealing with a concussion sustained in a Week 10 win over the Dallas Cowboys. Clearing the NFL concussion protocol is hard to do, and the Falcons probably do not want to risk further damage even if Freeman were able to play.
It certainly helps that Tevin Coleman is one of the best backup running backs in the NFL. With Freeman out most of the game against Dallas in Week 10, Coleman ran for 83 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries. He followed that up with 58 total yards and a touchdown at Seattle in Week 11.
The hope is Freeman will fully recover in time to be ready to rock for the fantasy playoffs.
Fantasy Impact: As long as Freeman is out, Coleman is a quality RB2 or FLEX play for your fantasy team.
