Wideout J.J. Nelson is expected to get more targets in the Arizona Cardinals offense while the team’s No. 2 receiver, John Brown, recovers from turf toe. Nelson has been a ghost in the Cardinals offense since his five-catch, 80-yard outing in Week 5. Nelson only had one catch in each of the Cardinals’ last three games, all under 20 yards. Despite his struggles, Nelson is the second-highest receiver on the Cardinals roster.
Fantasy football start/sit advice Week 12: What to do with J.J. Nelson
Expect Nelson to see more targets with John Brown on the sideline. We look at the fantasy impact.

Nelson may see an increased role in the Cardinals offense Sunday, but he will have a tough matchup against the incredible Jacksonville Jaguars secondary. Nelson will see a lot of A.J. Bouye on the outside. The Jaguars has allowed the second-fewest yards to wideouts so far this season. They have only given up two touchdowns to WRs this season.
Fantasy impact: There is not much to be excited about with Nelson even though he is expected to get more work in the Cardinals offense this week. Nelson has not been much of a factor this season. That will change when he lines up across from Bouye Sunday.
