The Seahawks named running back Thomas Rawls as their starter for Week 10 with his running committee teammate Eddie Lacy sidelined with a groin injury. Rawls took over as the primary back early in Week 9. He had his best game of the season rushing nine times for 39 yards and catching two passes for 31 yards. This was Rawls first 60-plus, all-purpose yards game of the season.
Fantasy football Week 10: Start or sit Thomas Rawls for TNF?
Rawls finally gets a chance to be the starter in Seattle, however, his fantasy value remains low.

Rawls has an uphill climb in Arizona against the Cardinals Thursday night. The Seahawks rushing core has been awful all season behind an offensive line that continues to struggle. Quarterback Russell Wilson is actually leading the Seahawks in rushing yards. The Cardinals have the 11th best rushing defense in the NFL.
Fantasy impact: The Seahawks have abandoned the run at this point. No rusher has been able to get things going for Seattle since rookie Chris Carson broke his leg in Week 4. Even if the Seahawks offensive line plays better, the Cardinals defense can definitely contain Rawls Thursday night.
