Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz threw for a new season high against the Seattle Seahawks; however, he struggled to score and committed costly turnovers in the game.
Fantasy football Week 14: Start or sit Carson Wentz?
Wentz struggles despite reaching a new season high in passing yards. We look at the fantasy implications.

Wentz completed 29 of 45 passes for 348 yards, a touchdown, and an interception in the Week 13 loss. He also rushed six times for 30 yards and lost a fumble out of the end zone in the contest. Wentz has four 300-plus passing yard efforts this season. The last came in the Week 5 win over the Arizona Cardinals. Week 13 marked the first time this season that Wentz had more turnovers than scores.
The Eagles need a more controlled effort from their sophomore QB Sunday vs. the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams have the eighth-best passing defense in the NFL. They have the third-most sacks on the QB and fourth-most interceptions in the league. Only one QB has thrown more than 250 passing yards against the Rams in the last five games.
Fantasy impact: Wentz had a bad Week 13. It was a great game for his fantasy owners, however. Wentz had failed to reach 250 passing yards the previous four games, but he had more touchdowns and far fewer turnovers. Wentz would be unstoppable if he could reach his yard total from Week 13 and have multiple touchdowns. That is unlikely to happen against the Rams. Wentz should still be fine in Los Angeles Sunday, but he will have to tighten up his play.
