Doug Baldwin has been a ghost on the Seattle Seahawks offense the last two weeks after big games in Weeks 9 and 10. Sunday he produced a season-low two catches for 25 yards on three targets, failing to score in the win over the San Francisco 49ers. He came into the Week 12 matchup with 90 yards or a touchdown in four of the last five games. However, the receiver has had only two catches in each of the last two games for Seattle.
Fantasy football Week 13: Start or sit Doug Baldwin?
Baldwin faded into the background for the second week in a row. We break down the fantasy impact.

Baldwin will have a tough time rebounding against the Philadelphia Eagles Sunday night. The Eagles have held most slot receivers in check this season. They did give up 115 yards to Chargers slot receiver Tyrell Williams in Week 4, however. Baldwin has at least 97 receiving yards and a touchdown in two of three career meetings with Philadelphia. He also threw a touchdown pass in their last meeting.
Fantasy impact: Baldwin’s slump the last two games is kind of surprising considering who the Seahawks faced in the last two weeks. A slump this week makes sense, however. The Eagles have been much tougher on slot receivers since getting burned earlier this season. Seattle’s passing game continues to struggle, on the other hand. Baldwin could bounce back Sunday night, but not with three targets. The unknowns in the Seahawks offense coupled with the Eagles’ strong defense in the middle make Baldwin a risky start this week. Regardless, he still has enough appeal to warrant at least a flex start because of his big playmaking abilities.
